Desperate Measures This program is for the exerciser that needs the support, accountability, and group dynamic to be successful. A variety of workouts, wellness journal, and t-shirt are all included in this phenomenal weight loss program.

Measure for Measure
This program is the natural next step from Desperate Measures. Workouts will be 'geared-up' from DM and incorporate different weight lifting equipment, balance challenges, and core strengthening techniques.
